Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tabletop Mini Shogi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer (Nijizo, the "Developer").
The App includes advertising and usage analytics. See our Privacy Policy for information handling and your choices. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace device tracking permission or separate advertising choices.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the App on Apple-branded or Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Apple — Required Clauses
These Terms are between you and the Developer (Nijizo), not between you and Apple. Apple bears no responsibility for the App or these Terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
The Developer (Nijizo), not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Google Play — Required Clauses
These Terms are between you and the Developer (Nijizo), not between you and Google. Google bears no responsibility for the App or these Terms; it is solely involved in distribution via Google Play.
The Developer (Nijizo), not Google, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Google has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Any complaints, product liability claims, intellectual property claims, or other claims relating to the App must be directed to the Developer, not to Google.
